All digital file purchases are delivered immediately. Upon successful checkout via Polar, an instant download link is generated on your confirmation screen, and a duplicate download package is automatically sent to your provided email address.
Our digital embroidery packs include industry-standard formats: Tajima (.DST), Brother (.PES), Melco (.EXP), and Janome (.JEF), along with an official PDF Stitch Sheet and thread run list. Vector packs include .AI, .SVG, .EPS, and high-res PNG.
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, sales are generally final. However, we stand 100% behind file integrity. If a file exhibits any technical defect or incompatibility on your specified commercial machine, contact our support team at orders@stitchdigitize.com and we will re-export or replace the file within 24 hours.
No specialized digitizing software is required. You can transfer the .DST or .PES files directly onto a USB drive and load them straight into your commercial embroidery machine.
